William Winston lived in New Kent County, Virginia during or before 1687, and died between 1701 and Feb. 1702/3. His grandson, William Winston of Hanover County, Virginia, and his wife had six children, ca. 1705-1724. He died in 1760. Children and grandchildren listed lived in Virginia and elsewhere.

Includes the Coles, Henry, and other related families.

Also includes notes on miscellaneous Winston families, probably some descendants of Isaac Winston, in Virginia, Alabama, New York, Tennessee, elsewhere.
