Starting in 1910, all birth and death records for the city of Tyler can be found in the Tyler City Hall.

The correction affidavits series is indexed by the actual birth records. When the birth record gives reference to correction by box number and certificate number notation, it refers to the correction affidavits. The correction affidavits contain information not found in the original certificates.

Includes general index with some volumes individually indexed.
