The Registrar has organized Clarendon Parish into districts and assigned codes as follows: May Pen (HA), Four Paths (HB), Chapelton (HC), Milk River (HD), Alley (HE), Rock River (HF), Grantham (HG), Saint Jago (HH), Hayes (HI), Bull Head (HK), Rosewell (HL), Portland (HM), Alston (HN), Crofts (HO), Thompson Town (HP), Mears (HQ), Aenon Town (HR), Spaldings (HT), Mocho (HV), Clarendon Park (HW), Mason's River (HX), Crooked River (HY), Smithville (HZ), Beckford Kraal (HAA), Yarlogie (HAB), Richmond Park (HAC), James Hill (HAD), Race Course (HAE), Wood Hall (HAF), Kellits (HAG), Frankfield (HAH), Keys (HAI), Lionel Town (HAK), Salt River (HAL), Moravia (HAM), and Cross (HAN).

The death notices are collected into annual registers and arranged by district, number, and registration date.
