Cover sheet names the chapel as "the London Walloon Church being of the French Protestant denomination, situate in Threadneedle Street in the city of London." Record says "de l'Eglise françoise de Londres En Threadneedle Street a Londres". It later says "Les Esglises [sic] francoise De Londres Dant Threadneedle Street et De L'Hospital au Spittelfields".

The List of non-parochial registers, main series & Society of Friends series, indicates the records include those for the Chapel of the Hospital of Spitalfields. It also indicates that the London Walloon Church was "pulled down in 1841, and the Congregation removed to Founders' Hall Chapel.

Years are out of order in some of the records.
