Contains cemeteries of Madison County: Whipple-Clarke-Babcock Farm (Hamilton township), Oneida Valley, John Taft Farm, William Ray Farm (Lenox or Sullivan township).

Contains church records of Presbyterian Church of New Hartford, which was first organized as a Congregational Church called The First Religious Society of Whitestown, changed to Presbyterian in 1809, (baptisms, 1791-1800, 1835-1872; marriages, 1792-1803, 1835-1870; and burials, 1792-1797, 1835-1870) and the Reformed Church of of Columbia (Columbia, Herkimer County), (baptisms 1802-1836, and marriages 1803-1836).
