MOVING OUT TO MOVE ON – Ancestral migration with the United Kingdom

Many of our ancestors moved away from their native home to achieve a better work – life balance, some moving considerable distances.
In the first part of this webinar we examine the reasons for doing so as they moved within the United Kingdom or as a “stepping stone” to emigration and a new life across the world.

The second part of the webinar discusses some practical ideas and suggestions using real case studies showcasing what you need to think about to research your ancestors as they moved to new areas in the hope of a better life.
