The administration portal for FamilySearch indexing (supporting the downloadable desktop version) is down and will not be available again. This is because the desktop indexing program has been retired and replaced by the FamilySearch Web Indexing feature.
The following functions are currently unavailable to users of the admin portal:
- Indexing reports
- Group administration
- Adding arbitrators
- Fixing ward and stake names for users
- Group messaging
We encourage you to begin using the new Web Indexing platform, where group administrative and reporting features are available.
