Where do I enter information when indexing?

When a batch is opened, the first image appears. The data entry area is to the left of the image.
 

  • Each item requested in the data entry area is referred to as a "field."
  • Required fields are identified with an asterisk (*). Each required field must have an entry from the image or be marked <Blank> (Ctrl+B).

Enter the information requested in the data entry area. Several data entry aids are available to help you enter the information. These aids are found at the top of the screen on the menu bar. For help knowing how to index each project or field, please refer to the project instructions or field help.
 
Make sure to scroll completely to the right and completely to the bottom of an image to verify that you have indexed all the names. Some images are large and may have 2 pages.
