When you click to open a book in the FamilySearch Digital Library, it can fail to load. Instead of seeing the content, you see a blank black screen where the book image belongs. The problem occurs when temporary files have built up in your browser. To solve the problem, clear your browser cache (temporary files) and try again.
Please note: Clearing only your cookies does not solve the problem. You must clear your temporary files.
