In Family Tree, what is the data problem, "Problem with Name Language"?

Family Tree displays a data problem called "Problem with Name Language" when the script used to enter a person's name does not match the selected language template, if a name field contains the wrong script, or if a name field contains multiple scripts.

To solve this data problem, edit the person’s name. When you edit the name, make these changes:

  1. Select the language template that matches the scripts used to enter the name. Fields will appear for each script used in the language.
  2. Move each script to its correct field. Use your device’s cut and paste feature to do this.
  3. Make sure that each field contains only one script.

When the name is entered correctly, the warning messages disappear. When you save your changes, the data problem will be resolved.
This data problem cannot be dismissed.
