You can delete a single line sent by you in a chat but you cannot delete messages you receive. An entire Chat can only be muted or hidden, but not deleted. See the Related Articles list for more details.
Steps to delete a line sent in a chat (website only)
- To view a chat, in the left side panel of the chat window, click the person's contact name.
- To select a sent line in the chat, click the 3 vertical dots directly below the line to be deleted.
- Click Delete Message.
- To confirm, click Delete.
