FamilySearch center FamilyHistoryMail account is empty

Possible reasons that the FamilyHistoryMail account does not receive email or that the inbox is empty are below:

  • FamilyHistoryMail Forwarding Settings are set to "Forward a copy of incoming mail" to another email address and to "delete FamilyHistoryMail's copy."
  • We must add the FamilyHistoryMail address to the group mailing. Please contact FamilySearch Support.
