Flipbook RootsTech

Something fun is showing up as we get closer to RootsTech 2014 and it’s really exciting. It’s a new technology called Flipboard. It has a free downloadable app that can be used on all portable devices.

Professional genealogy podcaster and blogger Lisa Louise Cooke (Genealogy Gems) has put together a RootsTech 2014 magazine for you to stay up-to-date with the latest at your favorite genealogy conference. Lisa has an article titled, The Cool New Technology that Just Got Better with Genealogythat explains the scope and purpose of what Flipboard can do.

Lisa will also be doing two Flipboard labs at RootsTech, one on Thursday at 4pm and then on Friday at 2:30pm. See details about her presentations below.
