In order for a center to receive a replacement toner for the Lexmark printer, the family history center director should return the Installation Worksheet to Lexmark. The printer will be then be registered, and the director will automatically receive toner cartridges from Staples. If for any reason the IP address changes for the printer, the director will need to contact FamilySearch Support with the new IP address.

Please be sure to fill out the LDS FamilySearch Device Install Worksheet. It is necessary to return this form to validate the warranty and to set up the automatic shipment for the cartridges.
If the center needs toner and the director has not sent in the Installation Worksheet, contact FamilySearch at 1-866-406-1830 and ask for Family History Center Support, and they can order a cartridge for the center until the Installation Worksheet is sent in and received by Lexmark.
Family history centers should continue to charge patrons for printouts and copies from their printers. Those fees will cover the cost of the toner.
If the Installation Worksheet was returned to Lexmark as was requested, the order for the toner will automatically go to Lexmark when the toner cartridge is low.
Staples will ship out the toner cartridge to the director's home address.
The family history center account will be charged to the family history center, and their stake will be billed for the cartridge.
