American Idol finalist David Archuleta and popular comedy sketch group Studio C are teaming up to entertain and inspire thousands of attendees at the RootsTech 2015 closing event on Saturday, February 14, 2015, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah. Both will be performing new, original pieces for the event, including a never-before-seen sketch by Studio C and a new song written by David Archuleta.
David Archuleta was the runner-up on the popular singing competition American Idoland has since gone on to release 6 albums, selling more than one million copies. Being part of RootsTech gives him a chance to celebrate his family and the influence they have had on his music. “When people ask me what has influenced my music, they are often surprised when I tell them it’s my family.
