Your ongoing support is key to the success of the new consultant experiencing joy in his or her calling, and in providing joyful family history experiences in those they serve.
- Meet with the consultant after the presentation to discuss what went well and provide feedback. Continue to provide support as consultants grow in confidence and work more independently.
- Encourage the consultant to coordinate with his or her leadership regarding whom to help.
- Return and report to the Elders Quorum and Relief Society presidents (or Stake High Councilor) regarding the progress made and to report on the experience.
