Ongoing Support

Your ongoing support is key to the success of the new consultant experiencing joy in his or her calling, and in providing joyful family history experiences in those they serve.

  • Meet with the consultant after the presentation to discuss what went well and provide feedback. Continue to provide support as consultants grow in confidence and work more independently.
  • Encourage the consultant to coordinate with his or her leadership regarding whom to help.
  • Return and report to the Elders Quorum and Relief Society presidents (or Stake High Councilor) regarding the progress made and to report on the experience.
