The volumes of Record of Executions are arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the surname and then by year.

Includes records of the Court of Common Pleas, 1782-1850 and the Superior Court, 1850-1907 although some overlap occurs.

Includes declarations of intention of the Supreme Judicial Court, 1803- 1832.

Most books include index at beginning.

Microfilm of original records at the Superior Court in Boston, Massachusetts.
