Includes full-name index.

"Lake Creek-Hartwell Cemetery is located in sections 28 and 29 of Lake Creek Township [i.e. election precinct], on Hartwell Church Road just south of Orient Mine Road. These are two separate cemeteries, the one on the west side of the road being connected with the church. This cemetery and church are often referred to as Hartwell Cemetery and Hartwell Baptist Church, as well as Lake Creek Cemetery and Church. Lake Creek cemetery is on the east side of the road and is separate from the church. Many descendants of the charter members of Hartwell Church are buried in both cemeteries. Ralph S. Harrelson wrote an excellent short history of the church in 1993. ¶ We read these cemeteries October 13, 1998 . . . ."--1st prelim. p.
