Open Hours:

  • This Family History Center is a computer only facitility an operating hours are by appointment only. Appointments can be made through the email address listed above.
  • The microfilm, and hard-copy research capabilities of this center were transferred to the Worcester Public Library in 2013.

  • FamilySearch Catalog: This center does not have microfilm/fiche reading capability. That functionality was transferred to the Worcester Public Library (see the address listed above).

Databases and Software

  • FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.

  • 2 personal computers, 1 printer/scanner/copier, Internet access.

  • FamilySearch Research Wiki: What It Can Do For You!: A comprehensive video presentation explaining the Wiki, navigating it, and some especially useful pages. Case studies demonstrate using the Wiki for genealogical research. Editing and adding articles to the Wiki are covered.
