I've read the revised Minnesota Vital Records (Historical Records) article (see History of the page). I cannot understand why you removed the known issue I listed. Not discussing the problem will stop people from finding their ancestors. Please explain. I'm going to keep pushing until this is accurate.

The "reference number" sometimes reflects the "certificate number" in the original records, and other times appears to be some random number that doesn't help users retrieve the original record. The microfilm number has been correct each time that I've checked it. It just doesn't tell you the correct "certificate number," which could cause someone to have to read through a whole microfilm to locate the desired record. That is why the Minnesota Historical Society index is a preferred index to our microfilm Minnesota death certificate collection. It has identified the correct "certificate number" each time I've checked it.

The template you are using is adding an incorrect link to pages that is resulting in redlinks. In the "Record Content and Use" section. The link to Births and Christenings Vital Record Index Collections (FamilySearch Historical Records) is missing a space between the words Christenings and Vital. -- Lotje2 16:21, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

1. Death certificate of Martin W. The reference number may or may not lead to the correct death certificate. It would have to be tested.

Hey, Nadine! How are things going. It's nice to be able to work from home, instead of having to come "on campus" all the time -- like the good ole days.

Just mentioning that some English image files were uploaded recently without categories. I know you are doing this most of the time. Just a friendly reminder.

Thanks,

(I'm the one who was soooo mad at Ken Nelson. To his face I was great. Behind his back I was awful. Then not to be a hypocrite (sp?), I was also mean to his face. Something you did, or said, or just a look -- I don't know -- but it really made me think and grow. Don't know if I ever told you.) AdkinsWH 23:58, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
