I have looked into the issue that you raise at the meeting today about the PDF files for the "New Wiki Contributors Training – Lessons". I believe the special character in the file name is causing the problems. It means that the files can not be renamed, as the actual file name and the stored named in the wiki are different. This is why when you go to the file description page the message is shown that the file does not exist. I believe the best option is to re-upload the files with filenames that exclude that character. I have uploaded :File:New Wiki Contributors Training Lesson 9.pdf and also edited Wiki:New Contributors Training/Prior Lessons to link to it directly via an internal link. If you would like me to do the rest, please let me know. Otherwise you could copy what I have done for the other files. Please note when you uploaded the file, you will be warned that the file is a duplicate. There is an option to ignore the warning and continue to upload. Once all the files are re-uploaded and the links changed and you are happy with the situation, we will need to ask the engineers to delete the previous versions with the special characters in the title as I don't think it will be possible to delete them in the normal way. --Steve talk 21:26, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
