Parish History

TICKENHAM (St. Quiricus and St. Julietta), a parish, in the union of Bedminster, hundred of Portbury, E. division of Somerset, 9 miles (W. by S.) from Bristol; containing 423 inhabitants. The parish is situated on the road from Bristol to Clevedon.[1].
