Why are the arbitrators not following the presentation slide re: maiden and surnames?????&nbsp;&nbsp; "A woman's middle name may be her maiden name. Determine this by comparing it with her father's surname. Index both the maiden name and the surname in the SURNAME FIELD."&nbsp; EVERY time I&nbsp;do this it is marked wrong.&nbsp; Can't something be done about this??? I just had an arbitrator knock off 20 points (OUCH) because of this.&nbsp; I have a 98% arbritration results and that 20 points is really going to mess that up and I'm only following your directions. This is the response,&nbsp; "It is the custom in some families to&nbsp; not give female children middle names in the hope that they will use their maiden name after they marry.&nbsp; It should be indexed with her given name not in the surname field??????&nbsp; Totally conficts with Project Instructions.&nbsp; My question, which is correct and if the instructions have changed. can you do an update?&nbsp; '''Please use slide number 7 as your guideline for maiden names.&nbsp; '''If there are updates they will be on the updates page.
