Why are the arbitrators not following the presentation slide re: maiden and surnames????? "A woman's middle name may be her maiden name. Determine this by comparing it with her father's surname. Index both the maiden name and the surname in the SURNAME FIELD." EVERY time I do this it is marked wrong. Can't something be done about this??? I just had an arbitrator knock off 20 points (OUCH) because of this. I have a 98% arbritration results and that 20 points is really going to mess that up and I'm only following your directions. I'm just frustrated. HELP! Thanks - Thank you for your desire to correctly index the records by following the instructions.
