Concerning '''Birth County''': I'm sorry if I didn't express myself clearly, but I don't think my earlier posting today was understood. I see it addressed now in Project Updates as "Naturalization County", not "Birth County". If you look at the current template the Birth fields include: Birth Town or City; Birth State or Province; Birth Country. There is no field for Birth County and an example in the powerpoint shows that Counties should not be indexed. This is not stated in the Project Instructions or anywhere else but the powerpoint which indexers don't seem to be able to find. Indexers are putting the counties in the country or state/province fields when it should not be indexed at all. Arbiters are also accepting the counties when they shouldn't be included.

Can a separate line be added to Project Updates to address that there is no field for Birth County and Counties should not be indexed?
