Scroll Maps[edit source]

Just for the record, I really dislike scroll maps which are much more difficult to use than clicking to get to a larger map, or simply hovering to see hard to read county names. It would be SO MUCH EASIER without the scroll map. Did I mention that scroll maps are as ugly as sin? Too bad you broke this map by turning it into scroll map. It sets a horrible precedent. Soon we will think scrolling is the solution to almost every problem. DiltsGD 03:26, 11 December 2010 (UTC)

OLD INFO: Connecticut Society of Genealogists' Events

FamilySearch Catalog has information for Connecticut researchers. It includes information about early New England settlers (1600s-1800s), Records of the Particular Court of Connecticut, (1639-1663), bible records and a multitude of other information valuable to the genealogist.

A "must read" concerning the addition of vital records: Connecticut Vital Records General Statutes
