17Oct2011: This is quite a lengthy article and should be divided up to allow readers ease in extracting research tools for Colfax County, New Mexico research.  I have clicked on every link for the last hour and there were three links that did not function, althought only one was identified as "broken link".  Corrections have been made.  This is my first cleanup task as a volunteer and I wish to remain with this article till I have gone through every link provided.  I sense that it will take me possibly 3-4 hours to click on every link and ensure that all links work.   A process of simplifying the information for future researchers would be helpful.

Nope, there are a lot that are not allowed. Databases are not allowed. Then thee's templates to take care of some of them. Then there are town/city/community pages to create and move all applicable information off county page to these pages. (1 city, 1 town, 4 villages, 4 communities (warranted IF there are lot of information, not just cemeteries), 3 historical communities (we use it rather than ghost towns).
