  • FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.
  • Genealogy database software (Ancestral Quest, Legacy, PAF, RootsMagic)
  • Charting software (PAF Companion, Legacy Charting)
  • Word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software such as OpenOffice
  • Photo editing software (IrfanView, and XN View)
  • Pedigree Resource File
  • Free access to several subscription sites through the FamilySearch Portal such as, British Newspapers, Find-My-Past (UK), Footnote, Genline (Swedish), Heritage Quest, World Vital Records and others.
  • Research databases such as Acadian-Cajun Family Trees, Australian Vital Records and Mormon Immigration Index.

  • FamilySearch Research Wiki: What It Can Do For You!: A comprehensive video presentation explaining the Wiki, navigating it, and some especially useful pages. Case studies demonstrate using the Wiki for genealogical research. Editing and adding articles to the Wiki are covered.
