FamilySearch This article describes the services and resources available at a Family History Center, a branch facility of the Family History Library.

Montrose Family History Center serves Montrose and the surrounding area.

 Location & Map:

Open Hours:
Tue: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm NOTE: By appointment only. Call 970-209-9768 reservations
Wed: 10:00 am - 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Thur: 10.00 am - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
3rd Friday each month the FHC will be open for Spanish speaking patrons from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

The FHC will be closed as follows:

  • During the Month of August and opening again on September 5th.
  • October 31st and November 21st and 22nd
  • December 21st through the1st week of January, 2013,opening again on January 9th and 10th, 2013
