FamilySearch This article describes the services and resources available at a Family History Center, a branch facility of the Family History Library.

Serving the Lewiston Idaho and Clarkston Washington areas. We have a collection of books, local obits, computers, microfilm printer, many fiche and microfilm already in the center

  1. Enter from Preston on the west side of the building. The door is midway along the side of the building and is marked with a sign. If handicap access is required call ahead for arrangements through another door..

Open Hours: Tue 9:00am-6:30pm, Wed 9:00am-7:30pm, Thu 9:00am-4:00pm, Fri 7:00pm-9:00pm 

Holiday Schedule: closed for 1 week at Thanksgiving, 2 weeks at Christmas, and at other times as posted on the door.

  • FHC Portal: This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions.

  • We have computers, microfilm readers, printers, books, obits, etc.
