Harlaxton St Mary and St Peter is an Ancient Parish. The church has Grade 1 Listing with English Heritage with a 14th century tower and a font dating from 1400.

HARLAXTON (St. Mary and St. Peter), a parish, in the union of Grantham, wapentake of Loveden, parts of Kesteven, county of Lincoln, 3 miles (S. W.) from Grantham; containing 428 inhabitants. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.[1]
