Stub placement

I would suggest that we add the words "at the end of an article after any navigational templates and  category tags."  I would further suggest that Moderators and Page Adopters be encouraged to review all stub articles within their geography/subject, and remove the stub designation for any article that meets the criteria outlined in this article, and to move the template to the bottom of any articles that are still stubs.  Lise 15:36, 13 March 2012 (UTC)

I support this proposal that the recommend guideline should be to place stub templates at the end of articles. From the standard stub documentation
Place a stub template at the very end of the article, after any navigation templates, and the category tags. As usual, templates are added by including their name inside double curly brackets (emphasis added}
