Note - Thanks to the arbitrators who have carefully followed the updates and go the extra mile in checking these records to make sure they are as accurate as possible.

Event Place - (Updated 8/30) - USA and USA (Rep. Amer.) - Index these (and similar entries) as United States of America. USA is an abbreviation and references to indexing USA and the lookup list will be changed - Example
City - At this time, there are no plans to add a city field to the template.
Country - When Great Britian is recorded, enter it as the country.

Denied Naturalizations - (Updated 8/29) If there is no naturalization year on the card use the denied year, but only if it is on the front of the card - Example

Dates - (Update 8/30) - Year -If  there is only a two digit number on the document and you can reasonably determine the actual year, add the first two digits. If you cannot reasonably determine the actual year, enter what is on the record. For example, other dates on the card, such as the birth or arrival dates might help in determining the naturalization year.
