Working on the Canada, PEI Baptism Cards I encountered a form that showed "Film" in place of a Record Book Number. I followed protocol by Tabbing past the field, but should this be considered as a legitimate entry in the future? Also I have another form in which the entry for Location of Record is partially obscured by one of the holes punched in the card--so you see only "Vernon ----r". "Vernon River" shows as the birth location on the card, and while there is a Vernon, British Columbia, there is a Vernon River on PEI. What's the correct way to handle this?
