Getting alot of indexers still assuming the childs surname when it reads "John son of David and Mary Smith" the field helps clearly say do not assume surname. Maybe some examples of the different types of entry would be helpful on the updates page.<br>

Indexers are adding in extra blank lines. &nbsp;Example: Image has 16 spots for records to be recorded, 12 spots are filled out by clerk and 4 are blank. &nbsp;Indexers are adding in blank records for those additional 4 spots instead of just having 12 records total.
