Chapelry History

Bevington St Alban was a chapelry in Liverpool St Peter and St Nicholas, Lancashire, created in 1845.

The church was founded in 1846 and closed in 1941 when it sustained bomb damage. It was later demolished.

"Bevington, a chapelry in Liverpool Parish; in the northern part of Liverpool borough. Population, 14,381. Houses, 2,161. It was constituted in 1845; and is a vicarage in the diocese of Chester."[1]
