All Saints Parish was created in 1767 from the coastal part of Prince George Parish.[1]

All Saints Parish served Georgetown County, and Horry County. The parish is also known as All Saints Waccamaw.

South Carolina's "Anglican parishes were used as election districts and had responsibility for road development, care of the poor, and education."[2]
