Yukon River

The Yukon river has been a major migratory route for hundreds of years. It is the longest river in Alaska and was the principle mode of transportation during the Klondike Gold Rush (1896-1903). The source of the river lies in British Columbia's Llewellyn Glacier and its' lower half lies in Alaska.
