Talk:Perpetual Emigration Fund

Although it has been commonly called the "Perpetual Emigration Fund," that is not the correct name. On any authoritative reference site such as this, it should be called by its correct name, the "Perpetual Emigrating Fund," as it has been elsewhere on this site.

I cannot see how to make this change.
