The section about the Hyde Park Family History Center should be moved to the article about London Archives and Libraries. Leaving it in its currently location gives the impression that the Hyde Park center is the only one in England. I was going to move it but decided to tell the author first about my concerns. — Preceding unsigned comment added by WuehlerAC (talk | contribs) 21:27, March 30, 2009 (UTC)

Local History Societies

I propose removing the section on Local History Societies, which are covered under England Societies. Perhaps a note could be given in its place saying

Family History Societies and Local History Societies sometimes provide a library containing sources valuable for family history research. See England Societies.Alan 17:03, 3 November 2011 (UTC)

Hi Alan, I have added a {{further}} link pointing to the relevant section of the England Societies article. I do think something needs to remain in this article but the detail would fit better elsewhere. --Steve (talk| contribs) 19:06, 3 November 2011 (UTC)
