Thormanbury St Mary is an Ancient  parish.
THORMANBY (St. Mary), '''a parish''', in the union of Easingwould, wapentake of Bulmer, N. riding of York, 4¼ miles (N. W. by N.) from Easingwould; containing 138 inhabitants.
