MALVERN Link: The Ecclesiastical parish created in 1845 as 'Link' from Leigh Ancient Parish. Refounded in 1846. Abolished in 1973 to help create Malvern Link with Cowleigh Ecclesiastical Parish. The civil parish created in 1894 from the part of Leigh Ancient Parish in Malvern Link Urban District. Ecclesiastical jurisdiction: Archdeaconry & Diocese of Worcester. Poor Law Union of Upton upon Severn (1894-1930).
