Lehi Utah FamilySearch Center

The center is in the final stages of construction at its new location just south of the Thanksgiving Point Golf Course Clubhouse. In addition to research assistance and other services, the new facility will be equipped with an exciting Discovery Center.

Prepare Before to Enhance Your Experience To better improve your experience, it is suggested you create a FamilySearch account and build your Family Tree to a deceased ancestor before you come to the Discovery Center. Learn about registering for an account here. Assistance with this process is available on-line at FamilySearch.org, and from parents or church leaders. If you already have an account be sure to bring your account username and password when you visit the Center.


The major services to be provided at the center are:

Discovery Experience

Several large screen interactive displays provide engaging fun and learning for all ages.
Reservations may be made for groups of 10 or more by calling the FamilySearch Center.

  • Dozens of state-of-the-art computers are available
  • Many premium genealogical and historical websites are available


Several topics of training will be offered by knowledgeable teachers during the month

Family Area

Will provide a comfortable work environment for parents. There is a play area for small children near computer work stations where parents can work on their family history without leaving their children unattended.

Scanning Equipment

Convert your photos, VHS movies, and documents into digital files and DVD format.
