What is in This Collection?
The collection consists of civil registration (stato civile) of births, marriages, and deaths within the custody of the Alba Courthouse (Tribunale di Alba). Includes residency records (cittadinanze); supplemental records (allegati); and marriage banns (pubblicazioni). Availability of records is largely dependent on time period and locality although the collection generally includes records from 1866 to 1941.
