Discovery Activities are always a fun way to get you and your family into learning about your heritage. Reading the stories, viewing the photographs, listening to the audio recordings, and more about your ancestors is a wonderful way of connecting to your family. These things can be found on FamilySearch. In addition, there are numerous other discovery activities that can make this "discovery process" a LOT of fun.

Preserving Our Heritage should be very important part of your life. Your heritage connects you to a family system far greater than just your living relatives. Your family stories will disappear, photographs will deteriorate or get lost, your ancestor's voices will never get heard, or your family movies will never be seen unless you take an active part in preserving that heritage. How can you do this?

Finding our Ancestors is another important aspect of gathering our heritage. FamilySearch has made it much easier to find the records that allow us to find new family to add to our "family tree". Yes, it has been called "research", however many think of this as "putting puzzles together" (and don't you enjoy puzzles?)

Don't forget to come to our library for ideas as well. We have a lot of resources such as our "discovery portal" and large interactive touchscreen TVs. And don't forget our wonderful staff of missionaries and volunteers to help you.
