Harlem, Kennebec County, Maine Genealogy
Harlem is an extinct town, now part of China, Maine. Harlem was organized as a town from Winslow formerly Lincoln County (now Kennebec County) in 1796. Part of Harlem was annexed to China in 1818, and the remainder was annexed in 1822.
County. Kennebec County was set off from Lincoln County in 1799.
