Arbitrators take note.

Despite the updated instructions on indexing the Stationed Field (added on April 6, 2015,) I still receive batches returned with the duty station entered from the next page at the bottom of the image, not the one from the previous page.

And despite the updated instructions on indexing the Date Field, some dates entered (i.e. under the titles terminated, discharged, etc.) are still set to blank.

Batches are also routinely returned with the name of the signatory removed and all names after the signatory are marked as in error. Per the field instructions: Index all names on the muster roll, including apparent documents and the captain, who was often listed at the bottom of the page.

Similar problem with Page Number: Instructions say to use the number at the top of the page. If no Page Number is shown, updated instructions on 10 Jul 2015 say to use number from previous page.

July 10, 2015 - Please note the new second example 'How To Index' blue link in the Project Instructions regarding how to index the page number for the bottom half of your image.
