Christian Church Records[edit | edit source]

Record Type: Christening, Marriage and Burial records.

Location: No churches in mainland China are known to have records. If any still exist, their location is unknown. Church records can still be found in churches in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.

Accessibility: In most of China these records are difficulty to impossible to find. In Hong Kong and Taiwan they may be available by correspondence. Macau records have mostly been microfilmed and are accessible through the Family History Library.[1]
