Brookings South Dakota Family History Center

Brookings SD Family History Center serves Brookings and adjacent counties and welcomes all who want to find, identify and preserve their ancestral family.

Holiday and Other Closings Schedule:

  • Closed 1st weekend in Apr/Oct for General Conference. Closed month of December, including Christmas and New Years Day weeks.
  • Closed most major holidays.
  • Special Weather Related Closing -- Winter storm warnings, watches and 0° F or below temps, icy roads -- call John Schipper before visiting - 605-860-0144.
