What are Virtual Research Strategy Sessions?[edit | edit source]

Genealogical research strategy sessions are free, virtual meetings designed to provide you with research guidance, methodology, and next steps. Our research specialists offer helpful suggestions and assistance with your research goals, to empower you as you discover and connect with your family.

How Do I Schedule an Appointment?[edit | edit source]

American Sign Language strategy sessions are scheduled on a case by case basis and are held via Sorenson Video Relay Services. If you would like to meet with an ASL research specialist, please email onlineconsultations@familysearch.org.

If you do not require an ASL research specialist, see our Virtual Research Strategy Sessions page for more information about booking a consultation in English.
